Educational purpose

Study Medicine in Japan provides access to observational education and professional exchange. An observership is not employment, medical practice, licensure, certification, a university degree, or a guarantee of clinical privileges.

No patient care

Unless separately authorised under applicable law and host policy, participants may not diagnose, prescribe, perform procedures, make clinical decisions, handle protected records, or independently provide patient care.

Applications and acceptance

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee a faculty match or acceptance. Availability, suitability, host capacity, credentials, language, timing, legal requirements, and patient or institutional permissions may affect the programme.

Programme changes

Faculty, host settings, schedules, access, activities, and programme format may change where reasonably necessary. Final commercial terms, inclusions, cancellation conditions, and programme details will be provided separately before enrolment.

Professional responsibility

Participants remain responsible for professional conduct, travel documentation, insurance, health requirements, visas, costs not expressly included, and compliance with applicable laws and host policies.
